Packaging
Every order we receive is carefully hand-wrapped in delicate tissue paper and hand-packed in our luxurious Heaven Lingerie gift boxes, providing an ideal gift for a loved one, or a special treat for yourself.
All exterior packaging is discreet. The return to sender label does not mention lingerie.
Shipping within Thailand
After payment is received for an order, we aim to ship the order within 1 business day using registered EMS delivery. For added customer satisfaction, this is provided free of charge.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming this, along with a tracking number.
Delivery times can vary throughout Thailand but your package should arrive in 1 business day.

After payment is received for an order, we aim to ship the order within 1 business day using Thailand Standard Mail Service. International shipping is free for all orders over 5,000, otherwise prices are as listed below and will be added automatically at checkout.
Delivery times can vary throughout the world but orders should arrive within 14 days. Please note that custom delays may occur at the destination country.
If you would like your items sent by express delivery (5 business days) please select this on checkout for a fee of 1,500 THB.
