At Heaven Lingerie we offer a wide range of free payment options to make online shopping a simple an enjoyable experience. We never add additional charges at checkout for payment options; we absorb all the additional costs. The following payment options are available:
Direct Bank Transfer
Make your payment directly into one of our two Thai bank accounts. Select this option at checkout and click ‘Place Order’. You will see our account details on the next page and you will also receive an e-mail confirmation. Please use your order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Credit and Debit Cards (MasterCard/Visa/JCB)
Pay by Credit or Debit Card; MasterCard, Visa and JCB. Select the‘Credit and Debit Card Payments (Omise Secure Payment Gateway)’ option at the bottom of our checkout page. Enter your card information, click the check box to confirm you’ve read our terms and conditions and click ‘Place Order’. You will be redirected to your banks 3D secure verification page for card security. You will receive confirmation of your order via e-mail containing your order number.
Omise Payment gateway is used to process your credit card information. We use Omise because every transaction is heavily guarded from start to finish with the highest-grade encryption. We never see your card information, Omise keep it private and never share it with third parties. Every year Omise go through a rigorous audit to ensure they comply for the PCI DSS certification that ensures cards are safely transmitted, processed and stored in a secure environment. PayPal (Personal account/American Express/Diner’s Club/Discover)
Customers are also able to provide payment through the international online money transfer service PayPal. Click the “PayPal’ option at the bottom of the checkout page and then ’Proceed to PayPal’. You will be redirected to the PayPal website where you will see our Company ID ‘Daughter of Eve Company Limited’ and the amount to pay. You can pay directly from your PayPal account or Click ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card’ at the bottom of the page and enter your card details (American Express, Diner’s Club and Discovery). PromptPay (Orders within Thailand only)
Simply scan or upload the QR code provided using your mobile banking application. Verify the payment amount and confirm the payment. Funds are transferred directly to our Omise Heaven Lingerie payment account and we are notified instantly.
Cash on Delivery (Orders within Thailand only)
Please select Cash on delivery if you wish to pay with cash once your product is delivered. Kerry Express will deliver your order and collect the cash (Thailand only).
Alipay

Bill Payment: Lotus’s – Formerly Tesco Lotus (Orders within Thailand only)
Simply print out the barcode provided or save it on your smart phone and present it at any service counter at Lotus’s (Formerly Tesco Lotus). Pay by cash or card at Tesco and receive a receipt. We are notified once payment has been completed and you order will be shipped. Remember that the barcode will be valid for 24 hours only.
